Tiara Pearce brings more than 20 years of experience in multifamily housing operations, providing strategic leadership focused on operational excellence, financial performance, regulatory compliance, and long-term portfolio stabilization. She oversees complex residential portfolios with an emphasis on strengthening internal controls, improving asset performance, and ensuring full adherence to agency and ownership requirements.

Tiara has more than fifteen years of direct receivership experience, successfully managing court-appointed multifamily assets during periods of significant operational and financial distress. Her receivership portfolio has included properties requiring immediate life-safety remediation, regulatory correction, financial restructuring, and operational rebuilding. She works closely with courts, lenders, attorneys, and regulatory agencies under heightened fiduciary oversight, ensuring transparency, accountability, and measurable stabilization outcomes.

Her expertise includes resolving compliance deficiencies, restoring financial reporting accuracy, strengthening site-level leadership, and implementing disciplined operational frameworks that protect asset value while improving resident services. Tiara’s leadership approach integrates strategic planning with hands-on execution, enabling distressed assets to transition into stable, high-performing communities.

Tiara holds a Master of Science in Business Administration & Management, a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership, and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Colorado State University. She also holds an Associate of Arts in Business Administration.
