The Accounting and Finance team is responsible for comprehensive fiscal reporting and financial accountability. Reporting requirements and deadlines are established by abstracting key dates and deliverables from property management agreements, mortgage documents, and regulatory agreements.

GRC’s Recertification & Compliance team specializes in maintaining full LIHTC and agency compliance across the portfolio. We oversee all resident recertifications, ensure accurate documentation, and uphold HUD and regulatory standards. Our team also provides ongoing training and support to keep every community operating in complete compliance.

GRC delivers full-service leasing and marketing solutions for both affordable and fair-market residential assets. We specialize in high-impact lease-ups and large-scale apartment complexes.

GRC's dedicated risk management team oversees all aspects of risk across the portfolio, including labor relations, insurance claims, regulatory changes and vendor compliance. The team has extensive legal expertise and a deep understanding of landlord-tenant law, enabling the development of effective strategies to minimize risk and maintain compliance.

GRC Management has established a formal, recurring compliance governance process designed to proactively monitor, manage, and resolve open violations across the portfolio. GRC works quickly and efficiently to resolve any violations impacting rental subsidies and other collections.

GRC Management’s District and Property Managers oversee daily maintenance operations across the portfolio including direct supervision of on-site staff. We utilize Yardi and RentCafe to track work orders and apartment turn overs.
