Our story
Grenadier Realty Corporation was founded by Jane Krieger in 1976 and has been managing affordable housing sites ever since - rebranded as GRC Management in 2019, GRC has brought in a new executive team and significantly expanded its workforce to continue to provide top flight management services to our owners and all our residents.

GRC oversees a large portfolio of assets, inclusive of programs such as: Project-based Section 8, Senior Housing, Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), Mitchell-Lama, Low Income Rentals, Section 8 RAD, NYCHA, HDC, HPD, HCR, HRA. GRC also manages a large portfolio of market rate apartments throughout the Tri-State Area. GRC's corporate staff numbers over 100 across departments ranging from compliance and renewal to construction and technical services.

Established in 1976, GRC Realty is a privately-held real estate investment advisor. Grenadier Realty provides property and leasing management services for a wide variety of New York City residential communications through dozens of offices in the Big Apple.
