Our team also provides ongoing training and support to keep every community operating in complete compliance.
GRC delivers full-service leasing and marketing solutions for both affordable and fair-market residential assets. We specialize in high-impact lease-ups and large-scale apartment complexes.
GRC's dedicated risk management team oversees all aspects of risk across the portfolio, including labor relations, insurance claims, regulatory changes and vendor compliance.
