GRC manages a large and diverse portfolio of over 12,000 apartment homes serving 25,000 residents.  Our portfolio spans the tri-state area and is made up of a robust mix of market and affordable apartments.  GRC manages apartment communities as small as 25 units and as large as 1,500 units.

2,495 Units
Pembroke implemented and $8.5M capital improvement program. GRC Management oversaw this program and, in conjunction with ownership, led a successful rezoning effort creating two development parcels totaling approximately 425,000 square feet of development rights.
