Josiah Eberhart

Josiah Eberhart serves as Chief Operating Officer of GRC Management, where he provides executive oversight of compliance, leasing, property operations, and construction and technical services across the firm’s portfolio. In this role, he is responsible for driving operational performance, regulatory adherence, capital execution, and portfolio-wide asset optimization.

With more than 15 years of experience in commercial real estate, Josiah has overseen market-rate, affordable, and LIHTC portfolios exceeding 10,000 apartment units. His background spans operational leadership, organizational design, asset management, and performance strategy, enabling him to align on-site execution with ownership objectives and long-term portfolio stability.

Josiah brings a disciplined, data-driven approach to property performance, focusing on operational efficiencies, leasing strategy, compliance infrastructure, and cross-functional team integration. His leadership strengthens internal processes, enhances accountability, and ensures that GRC delivers consistent, high-level service in an efficient and fiscally responsible manner.

He earned his Bachelor of Arts in History from Claremont McKenna College.
