Roderick has been a key member of GRC Management since 2002 and brings more than 18 years of experience leading strategic human resources initiatives across the organization. In his role, he provides leadership and oversight of the company’s full HR platform, developing and implementing policies and programs that promote departmental accountability, operational consistency, and regulatory compliance across GRC’s property management portfolio.
Roderick oversees all core human resources functions, including talent acquisition and retention, workforce planning, employment administration, compensation strategy, salary and wage programs, and the administration of health and welfare benefits. He works closely with executive leadership and operational teams to ensure that staffing structures, employee policies, and HR practices support the operational needs of the organization while maintaining a strong focus on employee engagement, professional development, and retention.
He also plays a central role in labor relations, managing union engagement, collective bargaining negotiations, contract interpretation, and the administration of labor agreements. Roderick leads the resolution of both union and non-union employment matters and provides guidance to leadership and site teams on employee relations, disciplinary processes, and workplace policies. Under his leadership, GRC maintains full compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and Local labor laws, ensuring that HR practices align with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Roderick holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a minor in Economics, from Southern University.
