GRC Management has established a formal, recurring compliance governance process designed to proactively monitor, manage, and resolve open violations across the portfolio. GRC works quickly and efficiently to resolve any violations impacting rental subsidies and other collections.
GRC Management’s District and Property Managers oversee daily maintenance operations across the portfolio including direct supervision of on-site staff. We utilize Yardi and RentCafe to track work orders and apartment turn overs.
