Bio

Linda Davis serves as Corporate Collections Manager for GRC Management, where she leads portfolio-wide rent collection strategy and revenue optimization efforts. With more than 20 years of experience in collections, account management, and contract administration, Linda brings disciplined financial oversight and strategic tenant engagement to the organization.

Since joining GRC Management in 2020, Linda has played a critical role in strengthening collection performance across the portfolio. She analyzes delinquency trends, subsidy accounts, and tenant ledgers; prepares detailed reporting for ownership; and works closely with legal counsel, asset management, and site teams to ensure accuracy and compliance throughout the recovery process. She negotiates and administers repayment agreements, evaluates tenant eligibility, and monitors performance to maximize financial recoupment.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Linda led coordinated ERAP outreach and application efforts that significantly supported revenue stabilization. She also oversees staff training, legal status reporting in Yardi, and ongoing compliance tracking.

Linda’s background includes senior roles in contract administration and brokerage support, further strengthening her expertise in financial controls, lease review, and operational coordination.
